Our aim is to promote excellence in the practice of colposcopy and screening for cervical pre-cancer and cancer. This will be enhanced by informing women and promoting best standards of care in colposcopy with structured training, audit and research. The society strives to achieve these objectives, in association with the National Health Service Cervical Screening Programme, the Royal College of Obstetricians and Gynaecologists and international societies with a view to reducing the overall burden of cervical cancer. |
